Designed a "Navigational Information System" called JINIS (Java Implemented Navigational Information System), which essentially was a client/server application for mobile phones written in Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME) on the client side and, for the server side, used PHP with MySQL. The aim of the project was to implement a simple navigational system designed for mobile phones, which supported J2ME, which allow users to access maps, navigate and search for locations and points of interest without requiring GPS hardware.
